The concept for this apartment design was to have a penthouse on every floor
Apartments on the first three levels each contain 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, media room and a gourmet kitchen, while the fourth apartment is spread across 2 floors and includes a 3rd ensuite and roof terraces
All units are designed to be accessed by both stairs and a lift, and the design provides secure 2-car accommodation for each apartment, with additional parking spaces for visitors
Each apartment has access to a tropical resort-style pool and spa area with generous terrace space
