Sometimes it takes fresh eyes to see the potential in a dated home
This family home was still meeting many of the homeowners needs, however staged renovations were planned to suit their changing lifestyle
The first stage was modifications to the front of the home to resolve the disconnect between the driveway and entry, which were not directly linked
We created a practical vertical circulation route to link the driveway, footpath and front door, a secure front yard, as well as a clear point of arrival complete with shade from the northern sun and a place to sit and appreciate the spectacular views over Rockhampton
